A specialized treatment for TMJ pain/dysfunction
Service Description
This massage is designed to release tension in the muscles of the upper shoulders, neck, head and face, as well as intraorally (inside the mouth) at the tmj (temporal mandibular joint). Releasing this tension helps reduce pain from clenching teeth and clicking jaw. I use hot stones when appropriate on the neck/shoulders and face. I also use an arnica balm or oil to help with inflammation and muscular tension.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please contact me at least 48 hours in advance. Deposit is non-refundable if cancellation within 48hrs of scheduled appointment time or no-shows. I understand sometimes cancellations are unavoidable but late cancellations cause me to lose a significant portion of my salary for the week. Pre-payment may be required for future sessions. Thank you for your understanding.
