When you book your appointment, I will email or text you medical history form to be submitted before your appointment.

Face masks are no longer required to be worn, however if you wish to continue wearing one you are welcome too. ​

The treatment room is sanitized between each treatment. All sheets, towels and blankets are changed between each patient.

Hot stones are washed and sanitized between each client.
Schedule/Cancellation Policy
At Wexford Massage Therapy I understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In my desire to be effective and fair to all of my clients, I have adopted the following policies:

​​48 hour advance notice is required when canceling an appointment This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. A cancellation fee of €25 will charged if 48hr advance notice is not given.​ Pre-payment may be required for future appointments.

Arriving late: Appointment times have been arranged specifically for you. If you arrive late your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, I will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session, however I will do my best to satisfy the scheduled time.

​I Share office space with 3 other physios. If you are booking on line, I will do my utmost to ensure I have adjusted my schedule to when treatment rooms are available. Should a conflict arise I will notify you as soon as possible to find a time that is convenient to you. If you have any queries about this please contact me directly on 087 774 4568.

€70 DEPOSIT REQUIRED FOR 90 MIN LUXURY HOT STONE MASSAGE
This service requires extra time to set up before treatment, and extra time to clean up afterwards. If someone cancels late or doesn't show up for their scheduled time I lose the 2.5 hours of work/pay, which affects my livelihood and time I could have scheduled another client. Therefore a fee of €70 is required to reserve your appointment time. If cancelation is made 48hrs in advance, a refund will be given.
Irish Life Insurance Rebate
Clients can now claim rebates of up to €50 on your massage treatments if you have a policy with Irish Life Health Insurance. In order for Irish Life to substantiate your claim, I will provide you with a receipt that includes:
• The clients full name
• My name, business name, and address as registered with IMTA
• The type of treatment and the cost
• The date of the treatment
• My IMTA number

Wexford Massage Therapy collects and processes sensitive, healthcare related personal data, in order to form an opinion about your presenting condition and to create a personalized treatment plan. This data is required by law to be retained for a period of 7 years after your last appointment.

Your personal data may be shared with other medical personnel who referred you for massage, for example Physiotherapist, General Practitioner, or Osteopath. Other examples of people with whom your data may be shared are; your legal advisors, insurers, employers, team/club medical staff and management. Your data will not be shared with any third party outside the clinic without getting your permission to do so.

Contact and credit card data is collected in order to process gift voucher purchases and to pay for treatments online. Your contact details may be used to contact you regarding appointment times and relevant follow-up. Your details may also be shared with third-party websites such as Facebook, to contact you directly regarding scheduling and relevant follow-up.
